Infected? Excuse hairy legs🤐

The other night I couldn't sleep as my leg was really itchy. I got a bit carried away with itching it, after I had finished I realised it looked like a graze or scrape where the skin had been ripped a bit (it didn't bleed). Didn't think much of it then though.

It now hurts when brushed against or touched. When I'm in the bath it aches and hurts when touched still. It's gone a weird colour! Does anyone know what it is or if it's infected? Thank you! X
