What does your baby eat?

Question

Super curious what you allow your 12 month old baby to eat and what you don’t let them eat.... Pizza? Pastries? Anything and everything? Or are you pretty selective and only do healthy ‘whole/clean’ foods?

My baby ate a Beetle once so from that point on I️ gave up. She eats everything.

My little one is super picky. Never would eat baby food.  So we’ve been doing baby led weaning- basically offer everything we eat. That’s helped a bit, but she’s still not much of a food girl yet. She breastfeeds, drinks water, has had some sips of cow’s milk, green beans, oatmeal, corn, shumai, lasagna, crackers, bagel, chicken, and little bites of other foods. She definitely still has occasional days when she basically refuses Foods (except Cheerios) and is EBF. I know she’ll get there in her own time, but this solids thing can be pretty stressful!

Anything we eat as long as it’s not spicy.  Lol She LOVES food!

I allow tiny tastes of anything other than meat/cheese. She eats really healthy, but is definitely treated (with a few bites) every now and again. I feed her mostly Whole Foods. I try to eat the same, but am not 100% with it: when she’s old enough to give an opinion of what she wants I’ll be a little more flexible...till then she eats healthy...

Eats what we eat which is pretty much healthy foods. We don’t go out to eat simply bc my hubby enjoys home cooked meals but when we do go out I️ don’t mind letting the baby eat junk foods. French fries from whataburger are my fav lol so she’ll eat a few of those as well.

She eats vegetables, meat, fruit and dairy items like yogurt and cheese. She only drinks water and breastmilk. We haven’t given any grains or anything packaged/processed. I’ll be giving her soaked oatmeal in the next few weeks. I don’t plan on giving her any other milk until 2.

She pretty eat everything. I always cook my daughter food separate, she will have veggies + meat + rice or pasta, then fruit for dessert. I still don’t give her any food with sugar, salt...spicy yet. But she loves eat so I will give her just a small bite what we eating , and at her birthday party she had whole chicken salad sandwich, it was surprise me tho.....

I’m pretty selective! She is so used to eating clean that she didn’t know what to do with her birthday cake. She picked all the fruit off it then spit out the frosting and cake!

Pretty much everything. We are holding off on shellfish for a little while but she's eaten fish, loves spicy food, fruit,veggies everything.
