Confused!

I did my second round of clomid during my last period which started oct 16. I ovulated and my husband & I BDd every other day per drs orders & even used preseed. My projected period date was nov 15 & ive yet to start and have not had a positive pregnancy test yet. Although I thought I saw a faint line on one of them, I assume I have line eyes. I have had sore nipples & breasts for the past few days & have also been extremely fatigued. How much longer should I wait to take a test? Or should I just call my dr and ask for blood work?
