Getting a flatter stomach
What have you girls done in order to help flatten your stomach? I've been eating extremely clean for 3 weeks and i've only noticed a reduction in my bloat since I was very used to eating rice and sugary things. My water intake has increased as well and i've been working out at the gym 4-5 days a week by doing strength training and 20 minutes of HIIT after that.. do i just be patient and continue everything i'm doing or have you guys done anything else that made a big change?
