Baby aspirin?

Question

I’ve had 2 mc’s this year and I’ve been looking into low dose aspirin (aka baby aspirin, 75mg I believe)
So many women saying taking it everyday once they were pregnant worked for them after recurrent miscarriages. Just wondered if anyone had tried it and has an experience to share? 
(Would obviously ask doctor first too)

I’m now sure that taking the baby aspirin helps with preventing miscarriages but I know the studies recommend for women who have had pre-eclampsia in previous pregnancies to take them. If they start taking them before 13 weeks gestation, it helps to prevent the pre-eclampsia from developing sooner or possibly at all. I had preeclampsia during my first pregnancy and lost my son due to hypertension and possibly preeclampsia, so I’ve done lots of research on it. Pre-eclampsia doesn’t usually start to show symptoms until around 20 weeks.

It was recommended to me to take a baby aspirin daily by my maternal fetal medicine doctor. I had two early losses as well without much explanation so she said it won’t hurt. I’m also trying to get my OB to prescribe progesterone suppositories as I’ve heard that helps. I just got my BFP yesterday!

I say it worked for me! I had bad cramps & spotting with my first (successful) pregnancy, but it was scary! And then I had a chemical and miscarriage back-to-back. Started 81mg a day of chewable aspirin. I got pregnant and didn’t even HINT at a problem! No spotting, no questionable cramps, nothing. 🙌🏻
