Early Miscarriage (Chemical Pregnancy)

Hi All. We’ve been trying to conceive with baby number 2 since April 2017. This month I got my progesterone levels drawn and they were low at 21 days (which meant I probably didn’t ovulate). AF was due 11/11 or 11/12. She never came so Tuesday night I took a test after having sore breast’s, it was a faint positive. Wednesday I talked to my OB and she ordered labs for Friday morning because of my previous low progesterone. Thursday morning I woke with a bad feeling so I took a test and there was no faint line. I went and got a digital test which confirmed not pregnant. I started bleeding around 2pm and have had cramps from hell. I would have been less than 5 weeks. Does anyone else have experience with this? I’m at a loss emotionally. We are starting clomid this cycle and the doc isn’t treating it as a miscarriage, but I feel like it is, emotionally anyways. How has others dealt? TIA for any advice
