Terrified Biopsy results

Had an abnormal PAP result, had a biopsy done, and the results came back with severe changes in my cells. Now I’ve got to go back in a month to have the HPV typed and she wants to “scrape my uterus” to see if anything is there too. I’m told if it’s bad she’ll remove part of my cervix, which can make it harder to have kids and I’m only 20 years old (yes I know that’s early to have a PAP but my 21st is only a month away and she’s crazy booked half way into next year already) I’m terrified for myself, to tell my parents, and for my future family and ability to have kids. I know no one can help but I’ll take any advice or words of comfort right now because I’m so scared. Thank you all in advanced and I love you all.
