Hard time conceiving after an abortion?

Hello, I'm 8-9 weeks pregnant and I'm most likely going to get a surgical abortion. I'm sad because I've always wanted to be a mom and wanted my own baby but it's a bad situation and time and I just don't think I can go through with keeping it or adoption. I'm just really worried because I read some girls have hard time getting pregnant after an abortion especially a surgical one. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this? I'm just a bit nervous...
