Most painful cramps EVER

I’ve never been the one to cramp during my period but today is the day that I’m experiencing the absolute WORST abdominal pain ever. My period is five days late & my pain started last night. I didn’t start bleeding until this morning & it was only when I went to pee. I’ve been having diarrhea but I really don’t think that has to do with my stomach pain. I’ve never felt like this before. I’m a tough woman I had a baby natural for God sake but this pain is bringing tears to my eyes. I can’t move idk what to do.
