When to test???

Waiting on AF, 33 days since BD according to glow I’m late but not positive when I️ ovulated at all? I️ want to test but had apt yesterday at office and it was neg? When to test again?? Advice appreciated! Only been off bc for 3 months trying but this is the longest between periods so far.
