I have a 6 month old and I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant (wasn’t a planned pregnancy)

I haven’t been able to have sex at all the inside of my vagina just burns and is so sore.

(not std or infection I’m on antibiotics my whole pregnancy for uti and I have constant yeast infections.. also I was just tested for everything)

My fiancé has been patient with me but I can tell it bugs him, we use lube and I’m fully relaxed with him I also have toys

I just hurt so bad and am too nervous to mention it to my doctor

Any ideas?
