Ready to give up (a poem)
I’m done holding out hope.
I’m done crying each month.
It hurts to see one line or a no.
I can’t deal with being laughed at by a nurse for wanting to test early.
Each moment passes and I cry harder.
I just want to be a mom.
I just wanted to tell my mother in law that she will be a grandma when I meet her.
Instead I pee again and one line shows....
