Birth control bar

I am currently on birth control pills for the last 2 years. I hate having to remember to take it or worry about getting them refilled. I was wondering if it is worth it to get the birth control bar? What are the side effects from the birth control bar? How often do you get your period? How long are your periods. Is there major cramping or pain and how long does it last for? Also would you recommend it more than birth control pills? Any help would be great! 🙏🏼
