Need some advice! Ftm almost 32 weeks

My stomach has dropped a lot in the last week. At my dr appointment at 31 they told me she was sitting low as they couldn't get the top of her head because it's already down behind my pubic bone.. for the last 2-3 days I have been having a constant pain just above my belly button off to the side a bit. I've also been having what I think are contractions (tightening in my lower stomach followed by pain) I also have a good amount of vaginal pressure that gets worse when I pee. I don't want to seem crazy calling labour and delivery I was there a month and a half ago because they were concerned about early labour. I don't know if I'm just being super concerned because it's my 3rd pregnancy but 1st baby. Also baby's highest movements are 3" below my ribs so I know she's low for sure. What do I do?
