light brown and pink spotting

so I am 31+1 and I had to go in and get checked because I was having some cramps/contractions. I went into to labor 2 days ago but they got it stopped thank god. well him checking me today hurt a good bit but he said I was closed. now that I am home I am having some light brown and pink spotting. not a lot just enough to concern me and toilet paper is darker pink. I am still cramping a lot and now even the tops of my legs are sore. I am worried that him checking me kinda kicked things off again. can anyone please give me some advice? I really wanted this baby to stay cooking for at least another 3 weeks. I'm freaking out.
