Teeth coming in out of order
So my daughter only has her top two and bottom two teeth currently. Her top two came in about 9 months and she hasn't had any more since then. Today she was smiling and I noticed one of her back molars has just broken through. Has anyone else dealt with the teeth coming in in a funky order. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should be concerned that a bunch of teeth seemed to have gotten skipped
