Transformation thus far... 90 pounds lost
Still losing weight but super excited to be wearing a size 14-16... From a size 22-24. 😁 UPDATE: For all you lovlies asking how I did it and congratulating me (thank you all!!) I simply log a food diary with MyFitnessPal app so I can monitor my calories daily, exercise about 1hr per day usually fast paced walking, and drink a minimum 2lt water daily.
One last pic. I rarely had full length pictures taken as I was too embarrassed but I just brought a couple of nice dresses the other day so had to show off lol. Thank you all for your kind words xo
