I think I have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction,has anyone heard of this?? Or had it?

I'm only 19 weeks and it has officially become unbearable to walk,sit,roll over in bed,dress...the one side of my pubic bone hurts SO BAD the left too but not as bad...I hate this😞

I hd it with my last and have it again. 
You can talk to your lmc about physio or belly belts to alleviate it

I didn't have it with my first but have this time round. I find it very painful to roll over in bed and I can't walk very far at all! I didn't bother about physio or anything x

I had it with my first. Look up YouTube videos on exercises that can help. Modify your movements too.

I had it with my son. I went to my doctor and they referred me to physio. But all they did was give advice on how to move around and they gave a support belt which didn’t help at all so I didn’t bother using it. They basically tell you that you have to just deal with it. Luckily it goes away immediately after birth. It’s so relieving.

Yes!! Had it at the end of First and all way through second! Agreed physio helps. Rest up and use hot water bottles x
