Kegal balls???

Any lady who has used them please help me out!!! I pee every time I laugh sneeze cough and everything else pretty much😭😭comment ANY tips on how to use them how often what's the best brand andthing under the sun you can think of...thanks in advance

Not much experience with them, but it is a fun challenge to use them while being otherwise active. I have a level ball that vibrates when enough force is applied by the muscles. Very enjoyable, however I can’t recall the brand. I’ll use it when I go out dancing for an extra dose of fun on the dance floor.
