Contractions any suggestions
I am almost 38 weeks pregnant.
Last checked 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced.
I closed my eyes to sleep two hours ago and I woke up with a bad painful contraction. Now I feel so exhausted in pain and my stomach hurt.
I experienced BH before but i don't know if this is the same thing coz my bump is sore.
