Spotting 10 dpo and freaking out

This morning I noticed some light pink/peach colored discharge. It’s 10 dpo today and I have sore boobs as well (as I always have when I have PMS). Yesterday I helped my brother move and carried a few pretty heavy things and I’m a bit worried this might impact the conception. What do you guys think? Is it possible that this spotting is an implantation bleed or is it AF coming 4 days early or could it be some effect of the carrying of heavy stuff? I’m planning on buying early detection tests today to find out more but I’m curious about what you all think!
