My 9 week old baby fights for sleep every night from 9pm-12am... that's a lot of crying and stretching of legs/arms for a period, then catnap for a few min, then wake up calmly eyes wide open, then after a while cries again and repeat the same cycle 😭

During this period I never know whether or not or how much I should feed him so I pretty much offer him the bottle every 30min or so but is that the right thing to do?

During the day he fights for sleep too but never take this loooooong to fall asleep.

In total he only gets around 12hr of sleep everyday :(

How can I shorten the sleep fight time???
