31 weeks today and last night and this morning I noticed my urine was cloudy. I’ve been trying to drink more water but not sure if I’m getting enough. Had to go to the ER at 21 for dehydration. Other than that my hip and lower back hurt more than normal and and im super nauseous but I’ve had morning sickness all 8 months almost so not sure if that’s a new sign of concern or just something I have to deal with. I have been throwing up more than normal even with the meds so I’ll probably mention it to my doc on Tuesday when I have my next check. Anyone else got anything similar? And suggestions. Also been having some light Braxton Hicks but no enough to be concerned
