So confused. 😔

My lmp 10/18. My cycle is normally 28 days, I missed my period all last week and continued to take tests that were negative. I have never been late with my period, and it is always consistent. Today 11/19 I began to have light pink spotting in the morning, and it’s been the same all day with some mild cramping. Not sure what to think. I have had a miscarriage in the past and I am really overwhelming myself. I pray this is just implantation bleeding. Any thoughts?
