Spotting on provera

So I was prescribed 10mg of provera for 10dahs and finished my last pill Tuesday. I hadn’t have any spotting or bleed or even any period symptoms since then. But yesterday I began spotting with a light/dark brown discharge only when I wipe. If I wipe three Times, by the third wipe there’s no trace of blood anymore. Still not having any cramps at all. Anyone had similar experiences? I’m wondering If I should go back to the dr and get checked out just to make sure. Advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!! Baby dust!! 💗✨
