hi im really wanting a baby im married and were ready , what can. i try to help me get pregnant ive tried metformin the doc proscribed me but after 4 months of taking it i lost hope so now im needimg advice on what i can do i do have pcos

try to get the healthiest possible. exercise a minimum of an hour a day. maintain a healthh weight. (if youre over or under weight then concieving will be more difficult) eat healthy. no smoking, drinking, drugs etc. take prenatal vitamins. BD every other day.

Exercise get in shape eat healthy take folic acid and a prenatal vitamin have sex each day during your ovulation time. See a doc and get your progesterone checks tyroid checked iron checked. This worked for me and I only have one tube. First month I tried I was pregnant

Go see you obgyn I am on femara asprin and prenatals but no pcos I don't ovulation on my own every month  and I am adding pressed this cycle prayers and baby dust
