Episiotomy Stitches Ripping.

i am probably just paranoid. I had my baby girl 11/14/2017 VBAC. In which I had a 2nd° tear. Now I am in so much pain all though I know it is expected. I had my first bowel movement Friday and since then I feel like I am sitting on a cactus. I am taking pain meds, ice packs nothing seems to help. I sat infront of a mirror bit I honestly do not know what to look for. at this point I don't know if this is normal or maybe I ripped a stitch. Any suggestions?
