I wanted to share with you a glimpse of my progress thus far. I’ve been doing keto since April and have lost over 30lbs! First photo was in April and second photo was taken yesterday. I feel great and I’m hopeful that this will help improve our efforts TTC. I think sometimes its easy to fall into a rut and focus on the negatives. I keep telling myself to focus on being happy and healthy and what’s meant to be will be.
