Baby throwing up after feeding ..

I have held my baby at an angle during feeding to see if that would help , even after holding her that way b4 I burp her to see if that would help the food go down. But still shes throwing up :/ it even comes out of her nose . And I don't know if I can possibly be over feeding her ? But I feed her every 3 hours . And after she throws up what she ate she is still sucking her mouth as if she hungry but I am scared I'm over doing it .

I breastfeed my baby , and she just started doing this :( . Any advise?
