Do I need a babycheck? (Very nervous my parents will kill me)

I got a period on time, my next period was a week early, but I’m usually late not early, anyways, two or three days after it was over I took a plan b pill. About a week later I bled for almost a week. That ended like 10 days ago. Now, yesterday my period was due, and I haven’t had it yet. Can I be pregnant? Should I be worried? Can it be because of the pill and the fact that I got 3 periods in less than two months? And do you think a babycheck is necessary? When should I get it?

I hope nothing’s going on cuz my parents will kill me and me and him broke up a few days ago😭 please answer I’m nervous.
