Implantation bleeding???

So I had a suspected uti last Wednesday it went all by itself, presence of blood, nitrates and leukocytes in urine, pain and excessive urinating. then started light bleeding/spotting in the Thursday, just for the day . I then thought af had come 6 days early on Sunday when it reappeared and was darker and appeared to be heavier like the start of af. It slowed down and is barely there now, only when wiping. Af is due Friday? I don't want to test and get a bfn but what us going on??? Never ever been like this before
