body ache

a little over an hour ago I felt a body ache starting . which worried me little bit because I just recently got over one and was told it was a viral infection . anyways I noticed after I started feeling that on the outside of my vagina is started to itch.so I'm taking a warm bath could I be getting sick again or could I be having a herpe outbreak ? I also starred feeling a little bloated and pressure near my uteris , but I've went to the bathroom today .. Any ideas ?? I have a gyno apt at the end of this month but not sure what to do at the moment
