vitamin d 50,000 IU
I see a infertility specialist and found out 1 of my problems is a vitamin d deficiency. she prescribed 50,000 units once a week. has anyone else taken this and it made their poop different? I used to poop every day and it would be very soft now it's very hard! and I rarely go!!
