Nipple Piercings??

Question

Okay, so my husband told me that he really wishes that I had nipple piercings.  I've always been kinda curious and interested in them but I've always gone back and forth about getting them. Can anyone who has them give me some advice? How bad was the pain? How long did they take to heal? How long did it take to get them? How much did it cost? Do you ever regret them? Thank you so much in advance!!!

I personally dont have nipple piercings.
My older sister got them. She was drunk one night and just kind of said "screw it" and got them xD
She said it was really painful, but the alcohol helped at the time. It was a quick and swift procedure. Afterwards, her nipples were sore for a few weeks, but she took pain medicine to help with it. 
The piercings looked really nice actually!
However, a few months later, she got pregnant and had to take them out. They closed up quickly and she never got them redone. 
Sadly, i dont know the cost for hers, but i think the average is $60 each at a reputable piercer.
I must warn, some women never have their nipple piercing heal. That's just how their body is. Some women have no issues and can even twist them. Everyones experience is different.
What I've heard to test out your nipples pain tolorance, is to pinch them as hard as you can. If its terribly painful, chances are its going to be terribly painful when getting them pierced. If it hardly hurts or doesnt hurt at all, chances are you'll do okay.
Ive also heard it gets snagged on clothes alot and you have to watch out for infection. Because the skin there is very delicate. 
It's not for everyone. I think its very beautiful, but i dont think it would be something I'd get done. At least not while sober 😂😂

Cost is going to vary depending on the shop. I paid $30 for both of mine, but another shop I go to for jewelry charges $40 a piercing.  Pain, it's a piercing, it hurts, but it's not horrible pain. It's a pinch and it's over. Then they feel hot for a while and tender. On a female, they take anywhere from 8 months to a year to heal. You have to clean them every day. It's a lot of commitment so only get them if you're ready for it. He can't play with them while they're healing.
