10 days late

So I'm 10 days late. I tested after being a week late and the test was negative. I don't have any symptoms. I haven't even spotted and my face hasn't broken out like usual around Aunt Flo. Has anyone been this late(r) when they finally had a positive test? We've been trying for over two years and found out this summer why we hadn't conceived... 0 sperm. He was given meds to increase his testosterone, but I'd be shocked they worked that quickly if I am pregnant. I just don't want to get my hopes up.
