Those who have bought fetal dopplers, How often did/do you use it?

Once a week. A family doctor I work for said she wouldn’t recommend it more than that. There was a week I used it a couple times because I was particularly concerned, but try to keep it to once a week.

I  use mine multiple times a day...it helps me ease anxiety especially going so long in between doctor appointments. I'm 18 weeks and I'm sure I'll end up using it less and less as I feel him more and more, but honestly has saved me so many freak outs and has helped me feel more connected with him whem I didn't feel pregnant at all.💙

I used mine about 1-3 times a week. I loved hearing just heart beat.. I heard his heart beat using my doppler before I heard it at the drs/ultrasound. it is difficult to find heart beat at first but once you find and know roughly wear baby is it gets pretty easy
