Someone please help

Okay so today is Monday, but I thought it was Tuesday so when I went to take my pill for today (Monday) I thought I had forgot to take my pill for the prior day. After I had taken the two pills I realized that I had taken my pill for tomorrow. So now I don't have a pill to take tomorrow. What do I do?
