Baby won’t stay asleep by herself

My baby is almost 3 weeks old. I know that babies need to be cuddled and loved on a lot at this stage... but I can’t sleep well knowing she could be suffocated by me. Even if I move her over on the bed she wakes because my warmth isn’t there anymore. During the day she’ll take naps by herself, but at night I can’t get her to stay asleep in her crib or bassinet. If I do get her to sleep it’ll be 10 minuets and she’s crying again. I’ve literally tried EVERYTHING. Swaddled, heat pack, my shirt underneath her, you name it. I don’t know what to do anymore and am so scared this is going to be a bad habit
