Syphillis???

Question

Can anyone who’s had syphilis tell me what they experienced? Signs, symptoms? What made you decide to go get checked. I have an appointment tomorrow but I’m just trying to see if I’m over reacting or what

I never did but my friend did. He started getting rash like spots on his hands and feet a few weeks after having a sore in his genital region. Syphilis has different stages and can be cured once caught early enough. Get tested tomorrow to make sure. Working in the medical field I only came across one pt who had neurosyphilis, which is caused by it being untreated and spreading to your brain. Not trying to scare you, just giving you some information. Bottom line, its treatable and if you do have it tell anyone partners you may have been in contact with so they can be treated as well.
