Amniotic fluid or pee?

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this is TMI but I need some opinions! I’m currently 39+4. I was laying in bed when I felt a good amount of discharge come out and wet my panties. It soaked through but was not enough to run down my leg. It was clear and watery with no odor. I went pee after this and since then, I’ve been peeing every 15-20 mins? It’s been about 2 hours and I’m not having any cramps or contractions. Baby is very active. I’ve tried laying down then getting up and walking around and there’s no more leakage. But I did feel a gush while I was peeing when I last used the restroom. Not sure what’s going on, any advice would be appreciated!
