Short LP?

Does anyone else struggle with a short LP? I’ve been using clear blue advance OPKs and have been getting high for a few days now. My period starts the 5th, so that leaves me with 13 more days. I’m beginning to think this is why I haven’t conceived yet. Any one else go through the same thing and have any advice?

I have a short LP. Typically about 7-8 day. It isn't due to low progesterone though, but instead the corpus luteum dying off quicker so the progesterone drops and triggers a period. I have polycystic ovaries but not quite severe enough to be the syndrome. My doc prescribed me progesterone suppositories to keep the levels up during the TWW. Haven't conceived yet but trying. Short LP could be due to low progesterone or to the issue I have. I recommend getting your levels tested with your ob. There are natural remedies like vitex or you could be prescribed progesterone suppositories or pills to take during your LP. Either way there are solutions! You just need more info at this point. My LP is usually 10-11 days and I have a child!   A really short LP can cause problems with conceiving, but I think that 10 days and over is normal.
