Wearing leggings while on your period?

I’m going to a thanksgiving party and I just got my period. I never had my period and wore leggings. Is it safe and is it comfortable to wear leggings and be on your period.

If you're asking this because you wear pads and don't want your pantie lines to show or whatever, just wear a shirt that has a long back and will cover your butt

I wear leggings on my period but I also wear tampons with thong panty liners. It’s all about what you’re comfortable with. If your shirt is long and you are wearing a pad nobody should be able to tell.

I've never worn them w a pad but tampons and leggings are dine, just make sure you know when you need to change it, or wear a thin panty liner
