Very confused and worried!!

I’m only 4 weeks and 2 days today, previous mc at 4 months back in April

I have had ongoing pain in my left side like somone punched me there and bleeding started today very light at first and now it’s like a light period, not enough to fill a pad tho

My dr had me get another blood test done tonight and go see him tomorrow

I’m afraid I’m facing another mc 😔😢

It’s so early could this just be implantation bleeding or something else??!! Any advice ladies?
