I drank tons of water and coconut water (at least 15-20 glasses per day) after retrieval and ate salty food (that’s supposed to supposedly help absorb the excess fluid). My doc also switch my trigger from ovidrel to lupron. They retried 38 eggs so I was high risk for OHSS but able to avoid. Best of luck to you!

Keep hydrated, and eat lots of protein.  But honestly I did nothing different and my first time I hyperstimulated pretty bad, and second time not at all. So I think it just depends how your body reacts to the meds. Best of luck to you!

I’m at risk right now for that and I was told to eat a high protein diet and lots of sodium. I’m going to do my beat to hydrate, eat well, and rest. Good luck to you!

You always want to include salt. Water with electrolytes will help
