Help! FTM

FTM here and have been experiencing BH contractions since 4:00pm. They are now 3-4 minutes apart and getting more intense as they go on. I have been in the hospital previously for Pre Term Labor and was 50% effaced but closed last time I got checked at 32 weeks. I am now 35 weeks pregnant. I have been drinking so much water, my pee is legit clear. I’m also laying on my left side but that doesn’t seem to be helping. Anyone experienced the same thing and it was actual labor? Just don’t want to make another hospital trip if it isn’t necessary yet.
