4-5 DPO symptoms?

Question

I know it's early but I can't help but symptom watch and wonder if it's just me getting my hopes up or something positive.
Woke up this morning with mild cramping that lasts a few minutes and then an almost poking/pinchy feeling? My boobs are a little tender to touch and I feel lightheaded just sat down in bed and hot flashes too. I really want to test even though I know it will show a BFN since it's too early still 😫 
Anyone else have symptoms like this? Is it all in my imagination?

3DPO-lower abdomen cramps, close to af type, sore nipples, bloated , increased cm(Nov 17 2017)
4DPO- lower tummy ache, ichy V, af type cramps , actually tummy ache , exausted, sleepy , hotflash(Nov 18 2017)
5DPO- extreme upset stomach after 2#, sore nipples, don't wanna eat anything (crying cuz of upset tummy) , anything I eat hurts my stomach , tired, sleeping , bad af type cramps, terrible off and on heartburn, yellow cm(Nov 19 2017)
6DPO- af type cramps , tummy ache (not as bad as yesterday, heartburn, burping (each time I burp feels like I'm about to puke), nausea , really terrible smelly gas, tummy bubbling, twinges in right hip bone, sore nipples, saliva, peeing a lot, yellow cm (Nov 20 2017)
7DPO-yellow cm in am, diarrhea, toothache?, af type cramps ,  slight headache, vivid dreams that I had a newborn(gave him formula and breast fed it), sneezed out of nowhere , acid reflux, nausea,  ichy nipples , gums hurting ?, sore nipples  (Nov 21 2017)
8dpo-diarrhea , tummy ache (feels like food poisoning , front tooth and gums hurt, sharp shooting pain in right thigh?, af type cramps (feels like it's about to come), lower back ache, slight headache, achey knees and legs, coughing , sneezing

nope I don't think your imagining it! on 5dpo I was feeling so sick then 6dpo hit with an awful sore throat and feel so congested ever since. I'm on 8dpo today headache, constipated for 3days now, mild cramps, exhausted, feel sick  short temper and my boobs are killing me xxx
