When should I take a HPT

Question

I miscarried 4 weeks ago.  Stopped bleeding within 5 days of the passing.  We have chosen to TTC straight away.  
I took a hpt almost 2 weeks after I miscarried and it showed negative so my levels completely dropped.  
When can I start testing again?  Do I just wait til my period arrives or base the miscarriage as day 1 of my cycle?

I’d wait a few weeks before taking another pregnancy test! Good luck, I’m in the same boat.

I’ve had 2 different answers, wait one cycle or wait until you are ready. Waiting a cycle will help calculate how far along you are so I guess it a personal preference. Sorry  for you loss and good luck with trying again ❤️
