Early pregnancy symptoms?

Hey y’all! So I’m 2 days late for AF & having some constipation issues lately. This is not normal for myself because I usually have the complete opposite problem (sorry for tmi! Lol). Also, I have had a lot of earwax flow in both ears. I have had to clean my ears out everyday in the past couple of days. It’s so bad that it has decreased my hearing. My boobs are sore & look “perkier” if that’s a thing. I know that I need to take another test but I’m just tired of seeing a negative result & don’t want to feel anymore crazy than I already do haha. What do y’all think?
