Constipation at 6 weeks 2 days?
I have an appointment tomorrow for my first ultrasound to measure exactly how far I , but currently my midwife is saying 6 weeks and 2 days. I ate two bell pepper with A LOT of Dijon mustard yesterday and I cannot poop. it's been almost 18 hours and I have the worst gas cramps but I cannot get it out of me. what can I do to help move it along because it hurts and I have to go to the in laws for Thanksgiving in 3 hours 😭
