Anyone else feel like anytime they just want to vent or rant about something little, their husband always says something the wrong way and in turn pisses you off? So now there’s an argument going on

My boyfriend has learned to just be like “I get that you’re mad and I did this to you but I don’t know what to say to make you less angry. So sorry I did this to you” then we can laugh about it xD 
I get it though. Like everything someone says when I’m already ranting just pisses me off more

We're tight on money, but still need things for when the baby gets here. 19 days until I'm due, and we still haven't bought a crib or prepped the baby's room. I've been doing what I can, but I'm to the point where I have to stop trying to do it alone and he needs to step up and help me. I've also stopped asking about the crib because he blows it off. I wish he wasn't the type to procrastinate then panic, but that's exactly where we're heading when the baby comes.
